Playing as a guest

Voyager is a free geography game. You can play without an account, and everything (progress, streaks, settings) stays in your browser. Nothing identifies you to us.

If you create an account

Our sign-in provider, Clerk, stores your email address. We store your display name and your game progress in our database so they sync across devices. Your display name and challenge scores are visible to members of any group you join.

Analytics and cookies

We run a self-hosted, cookieless analytics tool (Umami) that counts page views in aggregate. It sets no cookies and builds no profiles. The only cookies on the site are the ones Clerk needs to keep you signed in. No ads, and we never sell or share your data.

Deleting your data

Profile → Delete account permanently removes your synced progress, group memberships, groups you own, and your Clerk account. Progress saved on this device stays on the device until you clear your browser data.
